Jay Arthur G. Del Rosario

Senior Claims Executive

Jay Arthur has been with Del Rosario Pandiphil Inc. for 17 years and is currently Senior Claims Executive in the Company. He has undergone specialized training in Arendal with GARD AS on personal injury and completed the marine study course with NORTH OF ENGLAND.

His expertise lies in handling ECR Crew on leave cases and Extended Family Crew matters, while also regularly managing complex personal injury claims such as cancer, injuries due to negligence, death, or missing person cases. He contributed in the formulation of the Del Rosario Primer and has given a number of presentations on behalf of Pandiphil to manning agents and other clients. He is jointly responsible for the preparation of the Company’s ISO 9001 certification and has served as Internal Audit Manager since 2014, ensuring compliance and quality standards across Pandiphil operations.
