Anne joined Pandiphil as a Claims Assistant in 2009 and became a Junior Claims Executive shortly a year after. She obtained her degree in Business Management. She primarily handles processing of Filipino crew claims involving personal injury, illness and death cases. Anne mostly deals with cases with Japan P&I Association (JPIA).

Krisha joined Del Rosario Pandiphil, Inc. in 2013. As Claims Assistant, she is primarily involved in monitoring seafarer’s medical condition and issuing endorsements to clients. Krisha also assists in the repatriation of medically-repatriated seafarers and release of seafarer’s remains at the airport.

Janice joined Del Rosario Pandiphil in 2012 and jointly responsible in handling crew claims by assisting one of the Senior Executive handler’s team. In 2014, Janice was promoted as Junior Claims hander which specifically deals with crew claims and post-medical repatriation claims and currently handling 37 local manning agencies in the Philippines. In 2011, Janice obtained her Bachelor of Arts, major in Political Science from De La Salle University-Dasmariñas, Cavite City.

Carrie joined Pandiphil in 2009 after having gained a degree in Office Administration. She has varied experiences in assisting settlements of personal effects for international and local collision cases of vessels involving Filipino seafarers. At present, she assists handlers primarily in monitoring of seafarer’s condition and reviewing the reasonableness of expenses for approval / endorsement. She likewise assists in seafarer’s repatriation, as well as at settlements at both NLRC and NCMB.
